Atty. Nestor Manrique Mantaring held various positions in the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) since 1968. He is a recipient of various awards and commendations from foreign governments, government agencies, the law enforcement community and private sector. He had attended numerous local and international scholarships, seminars in his field of expertise and is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation- National Academy in Quantico Virginia.

His knowledge and experience in law enforcement particularly in criminal procedure and our criminal justice system is immeasurable and these are adopted by the Law Office as a guide in its operations.

He was appointed as the DIRECTOR of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) since July of 2006 until his retirement in his retirement in the year 2010. Prior to holding such position, he started from the ranks and served the National Bureau of Investigation for 38 years.

ATTY. RONALD B. BAGASBAS
Managing Partner

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the San Sebastian Collage-Recoletos, City of Manila in the year 2000.  He took the Bar Examination and passed the same in his first (1^st) take (Year 2000).  He was a former professor of the San Sebastian College-Recoletos, Manila, College of Commerce and Accountancy.  

Atty. Bagasbas has an extensive and invaluable experience and knowledge in the practice of law accumulated through the years. He had been in the practice of law / court litigation since the year 2000 or for more than twenty (20) years now. He specialized in Persons and Family Relations, Annulment and Legal Separation Cases, Property, Custody and Support, Business Organization, Investments and Corporate Practice.

Even before passing the Bar Examination he has already immerged himself into litigation and practice of law. He worked with Generosa V. Jacinto Law Firm in Caloocan City as legal and litigation assistant until May of 2001 and became an associate thereat until December 2001. At the Generosa Jacinto Law Firm he was exposed to cases in annulment and legal separation cases, as well as, labor related cases with the Department of Labor and Employment, National Labor Relations Commission and the National Conciliation and Mediation Board.

Presently, he is also connected with MAULIT CRUZ BAGASBAS and FLORES (MCBF) LAW OFFICE located at E. Rodriquez Avenue, Quezon City as a PARTNER / LITIGATION LAWYER handling various Civil, Commercial and Criminal Cases, specializing in Property, Family Relations, Annulment Cases.

Atty. Bagasbas is also the retained counsel, legal consultant and corporate officer of various corporations, business and establishments in the country. He provides them legal services, such as, contract drafting, giving legal advice / legal opinion and acting as legal counsel in a court or administrative litigation, wherein the company is a party litigant.

ATTY. MARIE MAUREEN BAGASBAS-MANTARING

She obtained a degree in Political Science at De La Salle University and pursued her Bachelor of Laws at San Sebastian College-Recoletos before passing the Philippine Bar in 2006.  She previously worked with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and eventually with the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) as Labor Arbiter Associate (LAA) before transferring to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) wherein she is one of the Assistant Vice President (AVP).

Currently, she is on Official Leave at the Law Office but her experience in the government and the corporate world are valuable as asset for the law office as she provide advice, as well as legal, corporate and management assistance to the operation of the office.

ATTY. LOURD MACKINTOSH G. MANTARING
Junior Partner

Atty. Lourd Mackintosh G. Mantaring obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the De La Salle University-College of Law and became a member of the Philippine Bar in July 2020. He obtained his baccalaureate degree of BS Legal Management from De La Salle University and has undergone various internships in different government agencies such as the Department of Transportation- Legal Service, Department of Justice- National Prosecution Service Office of the Asst. Chief State Prosecutor and Regional Trial Court of Manila.

Being the youngest member of the firm, Atty. Lourd enjoys doing legal research, analysis, drafting pleadings and court litigation. He is upbeat on his role as Junior Partner as he believes that this is a most opportune chance to get to study more closely the rudiments of the legal system from the grass roots level
